Detroit , MI , July, 14, 2004 --- SenSound announced today that it has signed a distribution agreement with Toyo Corporation in Japan . Toyo Corporation is one of Japan 's leading distributors of electronic measuring equipment and diagnostic technology. Toyo will be SenSound's exclusive distributor in Japan for its award winning acoustic holography technology.

Under the distribution arrangement, Toyo will be responsible for distributing SenSound's leading edge Acoustic Holography product line and software. Toyo will provide SenSound with a first class sales and service organization to support its products in the Japanese market place.
